General Return Policy for New Era Cap, LLC ("New Era")
New Era stands behind the quality of our products and we want you to love every purchase. Within 60 days, if you are unhappy with any product for any reason, we will gladly issue a refund back to the original method of payment.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition to be eligible for a refund. All original tags, stickers, pins/special components (if applicable) need to be included for the return to be accepted.

How do I create a return?
1. Visit our Returns Portal here and sign in with your order number and email address
2. Select the item(s) and reason for your return
3. Select the prepaid FedEx label to send the return back to us
4. Confirm and Complete
A copy of your packing slip and shipping label will be sent to your email address.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
You can expect a refund to be issued for your return within 10 business days of being received back at our warehouse.
All refunds are returned back to the original form of payment, and may post within 2-3 business days depending on your financial institution.
How can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time, but we will be more than happy to issue a refund once the item you do not want is received back at our warehouse.

Why is an item showing not eligible for return?
Some sale items are final sale and non-returnable. This will be stated in the item description, as well as on your order confirmation.
If the order was placed more than 60 days ago, the items will no longer show as eligible for return.
