Gift Card Update:
As our site was updated on April 1, 2022, all gift cards issued before March 30, 2022 will no longer be active. This includes any digital gift cards issued by our Customer Service Team.
Please send your name, gift card number, photo of the gift card, and available balance to questions@neweracap.com for assistance.
Please note, that gift cards that contain letters cannot be replaced (example- NEC12345).
Only gift cards that contain a series of 18 numbers can be replaced
(example- 123456789123456789).
